Shipping and Returns
We offer both national (Republic of Ireland) and International shipping within the EU via AnPost, along with local delivery in Bray, County Wicklow. Deliveries within the Republic of Ireland can take up to 5 working days. Deliveries outside of Ireland can take 7 to 12 working days. Local deliveries are usually done in 2 business days, if a product is in stock. Tracked shipping on orders under €50 is €8. Free tracked shipping on all orders over €50 in Ireland.
Order Issues
If you have any problems with your order, or your order is late, email us (hello@duckberrygoose.com) so we can make it right. We will exchange your product that arrives damaged or is out of date within 30 days of receiving your order. We offer full refunds on products that arrive damaged or out of date within this timeframe. We can offer partial to full refunds on products that do not meet your standards. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Shipping fees will only be refunded in certain cases, such as when a product arrives damaged, and you do not want a replacement.
Damages
If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at hello@duckberrygoose.com. We will happily replace any damaged items provided the damage is reported within 48 hours of order delivery. If a product arrives broken or damaged, we are happy to send a replacement at no charge to you. However, a photograph as proof of the damage or defect is required before any replacement is shipped.
Returns
Please note that returns are to be sent to the following address: 19 Old Connaught House, Bray, Co. Dublin, A98 C524. Please, reach out to us via email first, describing the issue so we can determine the best course of action. You will need a return number for every return. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless it is arranged by us ahead of return, and may be refunded in certain cases, which we review on a case-by-case basis. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
